Spinach Mango Green Smoothie Recipe (Vegan Dairy-Free)

We’re almost halfway through the Green Smoothie 30 Day Challenge and the effects of drinking a green smoothie every day are definitely noticeable! This is a hyper busy month for me, and I have a lot more energy after drinking my daily green smoothie dose. I’ve also been saving time because a smoothie only takes a couple minutes to whip up, and there aren’t many delicious nourishing foods that can be made that quickly. Busy schedule, more energy, and more time . . . what a great combination!

Spinach Mango Smoothie: Green Smoothie Recipe #3

Healthy and delicious mango spinach smoothie with sunflower seeds for extra nutrition!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup So Delicious coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango (peeled and pit removed)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tablespoons hulled raw sunflower seeds

Directions

Toss everything into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
